Role Description The Education Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi. This role involves meeting prospective students and families, understanding their academic backgrounds and goals, and providing guidance on suitable courses and training programs.

The Education

Counsellor will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, manage inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, and maintain accurate records of student interactions. Daily tasks include explaining program details, admission processes, fees, and timelines, as well as following up with leads to support enrollment decisions. The role also involves coordinating with faculty and administrative staff,



organizing information sessions, and contributing to outreach activities to promote the institute’s offerings.

Qualifications

- Ability to provide Educational Consulting and Student Counseling to guide learners in choosing appropriate courses and training paths.
- Experience or interest in Career Counseling and Education to support students in planning their academic and professional journeys.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.
- Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills to build trust with students and families.
- Organizational and record-keeping skills to manage inquiries, follow-ups, and student data effectively.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced training institute setting and collaborating with faculty and administrative teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in counseling are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an educational institution, training center, or counseling role is beneficial.
