Role Description The Economics Teacher will deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction in Economics and Business Economics aligned with the CIE curriculum. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support learners’ academic growth.

The role involves collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development,



maintaining accurate academic records, and participating in school events, parent meetings, and professional development activities. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Aurangabad, requiring active presence on campus and direct interaction with students and staff.

Qualifications

- Strong subject knowledge in Economics and Business Economics, with the ability to connect theory to real-world applications.
- Demonstrated competence in Teaching and Lesson Planning, including the design of structured, learner-centered lessons.
- Background in Education, such as a degree in Economics, Education, or a related field, and familiarity with school-based pedagogy.
- Experience with Cambridge or other international curricula is an advantage.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use educational technology and digital resources to enhance teaching and assessment.
