Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing online product listings, pricing, and promotions across ecommerce platforms to drive sales and improve visibility. Daily tasks include monitoring website and marketplace performance, analyzing sales data, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate product information, and resolving customer inquiries related to online orders.

Qualifications

- Strong E-Commerce knowledge, including managing online product listings, promotions, and basic understanding of online marketplaces
- Solid Sales skills with the ability to support revenue growth, upselling, and cross-selling through online channels
- Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Customer Service capabilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and support positive customer experiences
- Effective Communication skills for clear collaboration with internal teams and professional interaction with customers
- Familiarity with inventory management, order processing, and basic digital marketing practices is beneficial
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools; comfort with learning new software
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work on-site full time in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
