Role Description This is a full-time, in office Ecommerce Specialist role based in Jaipur.

The Ecommerce

Specialist will manage and optimize online product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory accuracy across marketplaces and the brand’s own platforms.

Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, analyzing customer behavior and website metrics, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and average order value.



The role involves coordinating with customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatches, and a positive buyer experience. The specialist will also support promotional campaigns, assist with online merchandising, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership to help drive growth in domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

- Robust E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience managing online marketplaces or brand-owned web stores.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-informed recommendations.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to support buyers and collaborate with internal teams.
- Familiarity with ecommerce tools and platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplace dashboards) and basic MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail ecommerce is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Jaipur and collaborating closely with design, operations, and marketing teams.
