Role Description The Ecommerce Listing Agent is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for managing and optimizing product listings across various e-commerce platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating product titles, descriptions, images, and specifications to ensure accurate and compelling listings.

The role involves monitoring inventory and pricing, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and ensuring listings comply with platform guidelines. The agent will respond to listing-related customer inquiries, assist in resolving listing or order issues, and support promotional activities and campaigns. This position also requires regular analysis of listing performance to recommend improvements that enhance visibility, conversion rates, and overall customer experience.

Qualifications





- Strong E-Commerce knowledge, including hands-on experience with major online marketplaces like Klook, Viator, BMS, District.
- As well as need gift card and passes listings on Amazon, Flipcart and other Ecommerce portals must .
- Analytical skills to track listing performance, interpret data, and suggest actionable improvements.
- Customer service and communication skills to handle inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain clear, professional interactions.
- Sales awareness and understanding of basic sales principles to align listings with promotional strategies and revenue goals.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, product information, and catalog management.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic computer applications; familiarity with inventory or order management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations or product catalog management is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
