Job Role- E commerce Manager

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Experience: 2-5 Years

Budget: 6-7 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow business on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Tira, etc.
- Create and manage product listings, content, and catalog updates.
- Build robust relationships with platform account managers and category teams.
- Plan and execute sales growth strategies across online marketplaces.
- Run and optimize PLA (Product Listing Ads) and other marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and campaign execution.
- Analyze platform reports and provide actionable insights to improve sales.

Requirements:





- 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience with product listing and catalog management.
- Strong relationships with marketplace teams and platform contacts.
- Experience running PLA ads and marketplace marketing campaigns.
- Good understanding of Nykaa, Myntra, Tira, and other online platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to represent the company in platform meetings with brand managers and maintain a professional appearance.
