About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Ecommerce Associate Product Manager to support the growth, optimization, and daily management of our Shopify Plus ecommerce platform.

This role will work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Experience, Operations, IT, and Development teams to improve website performance, launch recent initiatives, enhance customer experience, and support ecommerce growth.

The ideal candidate has strong ecommerce knowledge, technical understanding, analytical skills, and a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize the Shopify Plus ecommerce platform
- Maintain website content, products, collections, navigation, and merchandising updates
- Coordinate product launches, campaigns, and website improvements
- Translate business requirements into user stories and development tasks




- Work with developers and cross-functional teams to deliver ecommerce projects
- Support conversion optimization, A/B testing, and customer experience improvements
- Monitor website performance using GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and analytics tools
- Assist with testing, quality assurance, releases, and platform enhancements

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce Product Management, Ecommerce Operations, or Digital Product Management
- Hands-on experience managing Shopify Plus
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, customer journeys, and digital merchandising
- Knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, GA4, CRO, and A/B testing
- Experience with ecommerce tools, integrations, analytics, and project management platforms
- Robust communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with luxury, jewelry, fashion, or premium DTC ecommerce brands is preferred
