Role Description The Ecommerce Ads Specialist – Amazon will manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns to drive sales and improve product visibility. This full-time, in office role is based in the Pune Division and involves daily responsibilities such as setting up and monitoring Sponsored Ads campaigns, adjusting bids and budgets, and analyzing performance reports. The specialist will conduct keyword research, refine product listings for better conversion, and collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with broader e-commerce and marketing strategies.

The role also includes troubleshooting campaign issues, responding to marketplace changes,



and providing clear performance updates and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, performance tracking, and ROI optimization for Amazon ads.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills to coordinate with internal teams, understand client goals, and address campaign-related queries.

Candidates should possess solid e-commerce knowledge, particularly of the Amazon marketplace, including listing optimization, keyword strategy, and catalog management.

Candidates should possess sales-focused skills, with the ability to develop ad strategies that increase conversions, revenue, and marketplace competitiveness.

Experience with Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) or similar platforms is highly beneficial.

Proficiency in Excel or other analytics tools for reporting and performance analysis is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in digital advertising or e-commerce.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
