At PALO, we’re looking for someone who can take complete ownership of our website backend and e-commerce operations. This role is hands-on and critical — from managing product updates to ensuring smooth order flow and coordination with internal teams.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Website & Backend Management

- Manage day-to-day website backend operations
- Update product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, banners, and blogs
- Ensure all website content is accurate, updated, and SEO-friendly
- Coordinate with developers for technical updates or issue resolution

E-commerce Operations

- Monitor and manage incoming website orders
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and tracking
- Ensure smooth order flow and timely execution
- Maintain basic reports related to website activity and orders

Content & Support





- Assist with uploading and managing website content
- Support social media posting and basic Canva design work when required
- Step in during team bandwidth gaps to ensure continuity

What We’re Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in website management or e-commerce
- Hands-on familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms
- Understanding of e-commerce order processing workflows
- Basic knowledge of content management and SEO
- Familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus
- Solid attention to detail and coordination skills
