One of our portfolio businesses, Superfood Market , is a fast-growing UK e-commerce retailer selling grocery, health, beauty, and pet products across multiple online marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, OnBuy, and Shopify.

We're looking for an experienced E-commerce Systems Manager to take ownership of the technology ecosystem that powers our marketplace operations.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines deep e-commerce systems knowledge with strong technical and analytical skills.

You'll become the internal owner of Linnworks , driving automation, improving operational workflows, maintaining marketplace integrations, and working closely with our engineering team to build scalable solutions that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and optimise Linnworks across the business.
- Design, configure, and improve operational workflows.
- Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Troubleshoot issues related to inventory, listings, purchasing, fulfilment, and orders.
- Manage integrations across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, OnBuy, and internal systems.
- Monitor product, inventory, pricing,



and order synchronisation.
- Manage and optimise Repricer and pricing automation.
- Ensure data accuracy across Linnworks, marketplaces, supplier systems, and internal applications.
- Analyse operational issues and identify root causes.
- Create monitoring, reporting, and alerting processes.
- Collaborate with software engineers to define requirements, review solutions, perform UAT, and support recent integrations.
- Support supplier onboarding and integration through APIs, CSV, XML, and other data formats.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience working with e-commerce systems, OMS, ERP, or WMS platforms.
- 5+ years of hands-on Linnworks experience.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Experience configuring Linnworks workflows and automation.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyse complex datasets.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and Postman.
- Knowledge of marketplace data flows including products, inventory, pricing, orders, and fulfilment.
- Experience troubleshooting integrations and resolving operational issues.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.




- Experience writing technical documentation and conducting UAT.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Repricer or pricing automation tools.
- Amazon SP-API, eBay APIs, or Shopify APIs.
- Supplier integrations using API, CSV, XML, FTP, or SFTP.
- Basic Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with Git, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.
