Role Description The E-commerce & Q-Commerce Specialist will manage and optimize online sales channels for V-Rich Natural Products, ensuring a seamless digital buying experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include listing and updating products on e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms, monitoring inventory, analyzing sales performance, and implementing strategies to increase visibility and conversion. The role also involves coordinating with customer service to resolve queries, collaborating with marketing on promotions and campaigns, and maintaining accurate product content and pricing.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad,



requiring close coordination with internal teams to support rapid order fulfillment and smooth operations across all online channels. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong commerce and sales skills, with experience managing online or retail product portfolios.

Candidates should possess analytical skills to interpret sales data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for performance improvement.

Candidates should possess clear communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, platform partners, and customers.

Candidates should possess customer service skills to handle queries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Experience with e-commerce and q-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, or similar) is highly beneficial.

Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals, inventory management, and basic reporting tools is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace, and adapt to evolving business needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in online consumer products.
