#About the Role

We're looking for an experienced E-commerce Expert who can take complete ownership of our marketplace business. You'll be responsible for managing and growing our presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and other online marketplaces while driving sales, optimizing listings, and improving overall marketplace performance.

#Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations for Amazon, Flipkart & Blinkit.
- Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, A+ Content).
- Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Ads).
- Monitor sales performance and improve ROAS.
- Handle inventory planning and stock coordination.
- Manage pricing, offers, coupons and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings and Q&A; improve seller performance.
- Track marketplace KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams for product launches and campaigns.
- Identify new growth opportunities across marketplaces.

#Requirements

- 2–3 years of hands-on marketplace experience.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub & Blinkit Seller Portal.
- Experience running marketplace paid advertising.
- Understanding of inventory management and order operations.
- Analytical mindset with Excel reporting skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage/D2C brands will be preferred.
