Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead the company's online business across marketplaces, D2C platforms, and in-house e-commerce applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing online sales, digital commerce operations, and coordinating the development and maintenance of proprietary e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow sales across major e-commerce marketplaces and the company's D2C website.

- Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory synchronization, order management, and customer experience.

- Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

- Coordinate the development, enhancement, testing, and maintenance of the company's in-house e-commerce website and mobile applications.

- Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, digital marketing, warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth business operations.

- Ensure seamless integration of payment gateways, ERP, CRM, logistics, and other third-party systems.

- Monitor website performance, conversion rates, sales analytics, and customer behaviour to drive continuous improvement.





- Prepare periodic MIS reports and recommend strategies to improve online business performance.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, JioMart, and similar marketplaces.

- Valuable understanding of website development, SDLC, APIs, payment gateway integration, ERP/CRM integration, and mobile commerce.

- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.

- Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, including marketplace operations and D2C platforms.

- Experience managing or coordinating in-house e-commerce platform development projects is mandatory.
