We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in catalog management, product listings, inventory handling, and shipment processing across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

Create and optimize product catalogs (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content coordination)

Ensure accurate and updated product information, pricing, and inventory levels

Handle inventory planning and coordination with warehouse teams

Monitor stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking





Create and manage shipments (FBA/FBM) and coordinate dispatch processes

Track order processing, returns, and customer issues with operations team

Work closely with marketing and design teams for listing optimization

Analyze listing performance and suggest improvements

Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and policies Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Business, Marketing, or related)

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.

Strong knowledge of cataloging, listing, and inventory management

Familiarity with shipment creation and order processing workflows

Basic understanding of Excel / Google Sheets

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Preferred Skills

Experience in beauty/cosmetics or FMCG industry

Experience with tools like Helium 10
