About the Role

Styled by Deepika is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across leading marketplaces. If you have experience in fashion e-commerce and enjoy working in a fast-paced workplace, we'd love to have you on our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding women's fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Meesho, and other online marketplaces.
- Create and maintain accurate product catalogs, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, GST, HSN codes, and product attributes.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Execute pricing updates, promotional campaigns, marketplace offers, and seasonal sales.
- Track marketplace performance, including sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer engagement, and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, seller account standards, and GST regulations.
- Resolve catalog issues, listing suppressions, returns,



and marketplace-related queries.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, merchandising, and finance teams to ensure seamless marketplace operations.
- Stay updated with marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and new e-commerce opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, and Meesho seller portals.
- Strong knowledge of marketplace operations, catalog management, pricing, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- A creative thinker with a customer-first approach and a strong go-getter attitude.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ERP, OMS, or inventory management software.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads etc.).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Experience working with fashion brands will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
