The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for the operational management of the company's online sales channels, including the Shopify storefront, product listings, email direct marketing (EDM) and Shopify Messaging, and WhatsApp customer communications. This role supports the growth of online revenue and enables greater efficiency within the broader operations function.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the Shopify storefront, including theme updates, page maintenance, app integrations, and troubleshooting
- Create, update, and publish product listings in accordance with established brand and formatting guidelines
- Plan, develop, and execute EDM campaigns and Shopify Messaging communications, including newsletters, promotions, and product launches
- Manage WhatsApp Business communications and broadcast campaigns to support customer engagement and sales conversion
- Track and report on key online performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
- Liaise with design, content, and retail team members to coordinate assets and delivery timelines




- Recommend and implement improvements to online sales conversion and customer retention strategies

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail operations
- Proficiency in Shopify, including product listing management, Shopify Messaging, and basic theme/page configuration
- Demonstrated experience executing EDM campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Shopify Email
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or comparable customer messaging platforms
- Foundational knowledge of marketing and communications principles, including copywriting and campaign planning
- Solid attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of product listings accurately
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, resource-lean environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid
- ⁠Prior experience within the lifestyle or homeware retail sector
- ⁠An eye for visual content and product presentation

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
