We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Cataloguing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate product listings across our e-commerce platforms while ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage product listings on e-commerce marketplaces and websites.
- Upload product information, including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
- Organize products into the correct categories and ensure all listing details are accurate.
- Update existing listings with new information, images, and content as required.
- Maintain product data using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the team to collect product information, images, and technical specifications.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure listings are complete, error-free,
and compliant with platform guidelines.
- Assist with bulk uploads and catalog updates when required.
- Support basic content optimization to improve listing quality and customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart etc is preferred.
- Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
