Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced E-Commerce Listing & Catalogue Executive to manage product listings, catalogues, and online marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, and other marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and maintain product listings across e-commerce marketplaces.
- Manage product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, attributes, images, pricing, and inventory details.
- Ensure catalogue accuracy and maintain high-quality product content.
- Upload and update bulk listings using marketplace templates/Excel files.
- Coordinate with the photography, design, merchandising, and operations teams for catalogue requirements.
- Identify and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and catalogue-related issues.




- Optimize product content for better visibility and search ranking.
- Monitor product listing status and ensure timely updates.
- Maintain product data and prepare regular catalogue/listing reports.
- Ensure all listings comply with marketplace guidelines and requirements.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce Listing, Catalogue Management, or Marketplace Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and bulk upload templates.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple products and tasks within deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO, product keywords, and e-commerce content optimization will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
