hiring dedicated Account Executives /Managers to drive our newly awarded Paid Account Management (PAM) partnership with Flipkart. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end seller management, from initial outbound pitching to active, ongoing account growth.

Key Responsibilities

---Seller Onboarding: Make outbound calls to a pre-defined lead base using our telephony solution to successfully onboard sellers into the Flipkart PAM program.

---Active Account Management: Deliver continuous, high-quality account management services to onboarded sellers, helping them scale their business on the platform.

---System Operations:



Access and effectively navigate the SUV system to execute account management tasks and resolve seller queries.

---Process Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and operate strictly from our designated office location.

Ideal Candidate Profile

---Excellent verbal communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.

---Prior experience in outbound calling, B2B sales, account management or e-commerce seller support.

---Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate recent portals and telephony systems.

---Target-oriented and highly organized.
