About the Role

Craft Pulse Solutions Private Limited is looking for a proactive and results-driven E-Commerce Account Manager (Amazon) to manage and grow client brands across the Amazon marketplace.

In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day marketplace operations, manage advertising campaigns, analyze performance data, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities

- Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts and daily marketplace operations.
- Plan inventory, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversions, and account performance.
- Conduct keyword research and improve listing SEO.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for high-converting creatives.
- Resolve operational issues and manage Amazon support cases.




- Prepare performance reports and provide growth recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon marketplace policies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Strong knowledge of listing optimization, catalog management, and inventory planning.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC and keyword research.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
