7 to 10 Years of experience in Dynatrace/AppDynamics

Solid experience in IT industry in Application Performance Management (APM) Implementation and support.

Technical Implementation and Deployment of Infrastructure Management Solutions in Banking, E-commerce and Financial domains

Delivering proof of concept (POC) and pilot projects to banking clients and e-commerce customers

Leads all POC implementation and Providing feedback and direction to the Product Management teams for the evolution/ modifications in the product, based on customer inputs

Has rich experience in APM tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Gomez and AppsOne

Has rich knowledge in End user experience, Real user monitoring and Synthetic monitoring

Handled deployments of customized solutions & patches at customer premises (either directly / indirectly through partners) on need basis

Providing APM support to Banking, E-commerce and financial domains.





Preferred ITIL knowledge Preferred Scripting knowledge on JVM, perlScript, JavaScript, API, connectors, MID-Server

Messaging models/patterns, Web Services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, AD, SSO, LDAP, Import Sets, DB and Flat file integration

XML and XML-related technologies

Advanced knowledge in deploying distributed enterprise applications on Apache Web Server/JBoss Application Server

Expertise with application-layer TCP/IP protocols: HTTP, FTP, SMTP, SOAP, and etc.

Understanding of relational databases including advanced knowledge of SQL scripting

Has prior experience working on software development projects in Agile Scrum model

Knowledge of Version control (e.g. Subversion, VSS, CVS)

Certification is must
