Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with robust expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions to support business requirements and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Experience: 4+ Years (or as per project requirement)

Location: Bangalore, Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Configure and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, actions, and integrations.
- Implement and optimize the Dynamics 365 security model, including roles, teams, and field-level security.
- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware platforms.
- Support data migration, deployment, testing, and production releases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring best practices and coding standards.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills

Must Have

- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Expertise in:
- Dynamics 365 Concepts (Schema, Relationships, Form Customization)
- JavaScript
- Plugins
- Custom Workflows & Actions
- Security Model
- Integrations (REST APIs, Web Services, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service modules.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture and customization.

Good to Have Skills Candidates should possess experience in at least two of the following:

- Azure Functions
- Azure Application Insights
- Power BI
- Data Migration
- Power Apps Canvas Apps
- Power Automate
- Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
