Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Sales Technical Lead to drive the technical design, development, and implementation of our enterprise CRM solutions. In this role, you will lead complex D365 Sales implementations, using the Power Platform, and leverage cutting-edge AI integrations to enhance business processes. As a senior resource, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and functional requirements, ensuring high-quality delivery within an Agile framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions, plugins, and workflows within Dynamics 365 Sales and the broader Power Platform ecosystem.
- Process Automation: Automate workflows utilizing Power Automate to streamline complex business processes.
- App Development: Build custom model-driven, canvas apps or code apps using Power Apps to meet specific business needs and enhance user experience.
- Agile Delivery: Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and functional teams to define user stories, technical acceptance criteria, and ensure successful sprint deliveries.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a technical subject matter expert during client or stakeholder meetings, translating complex technical concepts into business value.

Primary Skills (Core Technical)

- Power Platform:



Extensive hands-on experience developing advanced Model-driven and Canvas Power Apps.
- Power Automate: Proven ability to design complex cloud flows, custom connectors, and API integrations.
- Dynamics 365 Sales (Technical): Deep technical expertise in customizing and extending D365 Sales (C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST APIs, OData)

Secondary Skills (Functional & Emerging Tech)

- D365 Sales AI Integrations: Knowledge on implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 Sales Insights, AI Builder, and other native AI integrations.
- D365 Functional Knowledge: Understanding of out-of-the-box D365 Sales processes to effectively bridge technical and functional gaps.
- Microsoft Copilot Studio: Experience designing and developing Copilot Studio agents, including topics, actions, knowledge sources, MCP and Dataverse integration.
- Power BI: Experience in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards (stand-alone and embedded in model-driven apps)
- Code Apps: Understanding or exposure to building Code Apps with AI assisted tooling would be an advantage

Experience & Education

- 6-8+ years of proven experience in Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, Dynamics CRM design and development.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365, Power Platform
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
