Role: Duty Manager

Location: The Bristol, Gurugram

What you’ll own: Lead front office and guest services shifts to deliver personalised guest experiences. Drive SOPs, service quality, and guest satisfaction scores. Handle VIP arrivals, guest escalations, and ensure seamless operations across departments.

Coach and develop duty supervisors, front desk and concierge teams. Monitor revenue, occupancy, and brand standards. Who we’re looking for: 3-6 years in hotel operations, with 2+ years as Duty Manager/Front Office Executive in a luxury/upscale hotel.

Robust command on PMS, guest handling, and crisis management. Exceptional communication, grooming, and leadership presence. Graduate in Hotel Management preferred. Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
