- Design and develop drive shaft components and assemblies using CATIA V5.
- Create and modify 3D models, 2D drawings, and assembly layouts.
- Prepare manufacturing drawings with GD&T; as per industry standards.
- Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and support design validation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including CAE, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Testing.
- Support design reviews, DFMEA, and engineering change management (ECN/ECR).
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, automotive standards, and design guidelines.
- Resolve design issues during prototype and production stages.
- Maintain engineering documentation and BOM.
