? We're Hiring: Denim DQA (Denim Quality Assurance) Professionals ?

Are you passionate about denim quality and have a keen eye for detail? We are looking for experienced Denim DQA Professionals to join our growing team.

✅ Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Denim Quality Assurance within the apparel industry.

? Preferred Background: Candidates with experience working with leading international brands such as Levi's, GAP, American Eagle, Pepe Jeans, Zara, H&M;, Lee, and Calvin Klein (CK) will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

? Conduct in-line, pre-final, and final garment inspections as per buyer standards.

? Ensure compliance with quality requirements throughout the manufacturing process.

? Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to fabric, stitching, washing, and finishing.

? Monitor denim wash quality, shade consistency, garment appearance, and measurements.

? Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).

? Collaborate with Production, Washing, Technical,



and Merchandising teams to meet quality targets.

? Review inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.

? Ensure adherence to buyer specifications, testing requirements, and AQL standards.

? Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance product quality.

? Support factory audits and customer visits as required.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 5 years of Denim DQA experience.

✔ Certified and non-certified candidates are welcome to apply.

✔ Solid knowledge of denim garment construction, washing, finishing, and quality standards.

✔ Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Experience with international apparel brands is an added advantage.
