Experience

- At least 9+ years of hands-on experience in architecture, design, build, integration of scalable software solutions with a minimum of 3 years experience in the role of a technical lead of a portfolio

- Ability to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of application architecture

- Ability to learn/understand the business processes associated with the portfolio to make sound technical decisions

- Demonstrated experience in utilizing flexible sourcing options to deliver application engineering services

- Demonstrated experience in working with application vendors/external resource providers and managing key contacts to deliver value for money

- Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal

- Keen and curious to align with the ever-changing technology trends

Technical skills

- Strong experience in Full Stack .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API).

- UI development skills with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and modern frameworks such as Angular or React; familiarity with Bootstrap/jQuery.

- SQL Server knowledgeincluding T SQL, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.

- Experience implementing and consuming REST APIs; understanding of OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect authentication flows.





- Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

- Familiarity with version control systems.

- Knowledge of Azure Cloud platform, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture is an added advantage.

- Strong technical expertise in designing, developing, and implementing applications through the full life cycle.

- Valuable communication skills and awareness of emerging technologies.

- Ability to work with limited supervision, taking ownership of modules and deliverables.

- Experience providing supervision, guidance, and direction to team members.

- Solid understanding of design patterns and database normalization

Ideally, youll also have

- Exposure to SSRS, SSIS, or other MSBI technologies.

- Knowledge of SFTP, encryption mechanisms, or secure data/file transfer.

- Experience developing or troubleshooting custom interfaces with third party vendor applications.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to work effectively with diverse teams

- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

- Can operate independently
