Role Description -: The Door to Door Salesperson is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, focused on promoting and selling Dadi’s – BayLeaf Spice products directly to households, retailers, and local businesses. This role involves visiting assigned neighborhoods and commercial areas, presenting product samples, explaining the benefits of pure and authentic spices, and answering customer questions.

The Door to Door Salesperson will be responsible for meeting daily and weekly sales targets, maintaining accurate records of visits and orders, and providing feedback from customers to the sales management team.



The role also includes building long-term customer relationships, participating in local promotions or demonstrations, and staying informed about product features, pricing, and current offers to represent the brand professionally.

Qualifications-:

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including explicit spoken language, active listening, and the ability to explain product benefits in a simple, engaging manner.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals, manage basic sales reporting, and work toward defined sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn product information quickly and share knowledge with customers or new team members.
- Candidates with familiarity or experience in the Beauty Industry or broader consumer goods sectors will be able to better understand customer preferences and market trends.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior field sales or door-to-door experience, basic numerical skills for handling cash and order entries, reliability in punctuality and attendance, and the ability to work independently in an outdoor, on-the-move environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is preferred, along with comfort using mobile devices or simple digital tools for order tracking and communication.
