About the Role :

We're looking for a Senior AI Architect who can define and drive the technical strategy for AI/ML systems spanning applied GenAI/ LLM solutions and the underlying platform/infrastructure.

You'll work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into real business impact, while setting technical standards across teams.

Experience &

Skills :

- 8 - 12 years of AI/Software engineering experience, with 3 years specifically architecting AI/ML or GenAI systems in production.
- Deep expertise in LLM-based application architecture RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, prompt/spec-driven engineering, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
- Strong grounding in ML fundamentals model training, fine-tuning, embeddings, vector databases, and inference optimization.
- Experience with MLOps/ LLMOps model deployment, monitoring, versioning, cost/latency optimization at scale.




- Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks (LangChain/ LlamaIndex, PyTorch/ TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Solid full-stack and cloud fundamentals microservices, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and data infrastructure, specifically on AI Solutioning.
- Track record of setting AI architecture standards and driving adoption across multiple teams.
- Robust business acumen able to translate AI capabilities into product and business outcomes, and vice versa.
- Experience mentoring engineers/architects and influencing technical direction at an org level.
- Experience with responsible AI practices bias mitigation, safety evaluations, and compliance.
- Prior experience building AI products from 0?1 is a plus.

What You'll Do :

- Define and own the AI/ML architecture strategy across products and platforms.
- Evaluate and select AI tools, models, and frameworks (build vs. buy decisions).
- Partner with engineering leads/product owners to design scalable, reliable AI systems.
- Partner with business/product stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases and ensure technical feasibility.
- Set best practices for AI system quality evaluation, testing, monitoring, and safety.
- Mentor senior engineers and tech leads on AI architecture decisions.
- Stay ahead of the AI landscape and bring in relevant innovations, including published work, patents, or open-source contributions where relevant.
