Role Description The Distributor role at Thram International is a contract position based in Kollam, structured as a hybrid role with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include promoting and distributing Thram International’s products within an assigned territory, maintaining relationships with retailers and business partners, and ensuring consistent product availability.

The distributor will manage orders, coordinate deliveries, monitor inventory levels, and track sales performance. The role also involves implementing agreed marketing and promotional activities, gathering market feedback,



and reporting on customer needs and competitor activity. The distributor is expected to work independently, align with company brand standards, and support sustainable growth for all partners.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and distribution skills, including territory management and relationship building with retailers and business partners.
- Experience in basic inventory control, order management, and coordination with logistics or supply chain teams.
- Ability to execute marketing and promotional activities, and provide market insights to support brand strategy.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present products and value propositions clearly.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the capacity to work independently in a hybrid environment and meet agreed targets.
- Previous experience in FMCG, consumer products, or brand distribution is preferred.
- Comfort using mobile and web-based tools for reporting, order tracking, and communication.
- Relevant local market knowledge in Kollam and surrounding areas; valid authorization to work and travel as required.
