Coordinate with the production and plant teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods. Prepare dispatch documentation, invoices, and shipment records.
Monitor vehicle loading, inventory movement, and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate dispatch reports and update management regularly. Ensure compliance with company safety standards and dispatch procedures.
Coordinate with transporters and warehouse staff for smooth logistics operations. Eligibility:Experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or production coordination preferred. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP/Tally is an added advantage).
Valuable communication and coordination skills. Ability to work efficiently in a night shift environment.
