Olivar International is a leading manufacturer of premium Water Purifiers, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dedicated Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of finished goods.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Executive with experience in manufacturing and logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating dispatch activities, preparing shipping documents, managing courier and transporter coordination, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily dispatch of finished goods.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare dispatch documents, including Delivery Challans, E-way Bills, Invoices, Packing Lists, and Transport Documents.
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and loading of products before dispatch.
- Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for timely shipments.
- Track dispatched orders and provide shipment updates to internal teams.
- Maintain dispatch records, stock movement reports, and daily MIS.
- Verify product quantities and documentation before dispatch.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and coordinate with customers when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures.

Required Skills




- Knowledge of dispatch operations, logistics, and warehouse processes.
- Experience with E-way Bills, Delivery Challans, and dispatch documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain preferred).
- Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a Dispatch Executive or Logistics Executive.
- Experience in a Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
- Experience in Water Purifier, Electrical, Electronics, or Consumer Durable manufacturing will be an advantage.
