Job Title: Dispatch Executive

Role Summary The Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing timely and accurate dispatch of orders across Quick Commerce (Q-com), E-commerce, and Offline channels. The role ensures all shipments are processed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT), with zero errors in SKU, quantity, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Dispatch

- Handle dispatch of orders for Q-com, E-com, and Offline customers as per daily dispatch plans.
- Ensure all orders are shipped within the TAT defined by the internal operations team.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics partners for smooth order movement.

Accuracy & Quality Control

- Verify SKU, quantity, and batch details against order receipts before dispatch.
- Ensure error-free picking, packing, and dispatch of all online and offline orders.
- Avoid wrong SKU shipments, shortages, excess dispatches, or damaged goods.

E-commerce & Q-commerce Handling

- Process online orders with strict adherence to platform requirements & update the orders in Unicommerce.
- Ensure correct labelling, packaging standards, and documentation for marketplace shipments.
- Prioritize Q-com orders that require faster fulfilment timelines.

Documentation & System Updates





- Maintain proper dispatch documentation including invoices, delivery challans, and shipping labels.
- Update dispatch details in the system/ERP accurately and in real time.
- Track dispatched orders and coordinate for handover to transporters or delivery partners.

Coordination & Communication

- Work closely with the inventory, warehouse, and sales teams to align dispatch priorities.
- Escalate delays, stock issues, or order discrepancies immediately to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with transporters/courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.

Reporting

- Share daily dispatch reports including order volume, pending dispatches, and issues.
- Maintain records of returns, failed deliveries, and re-dispatches where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma holder (preferred in Logistics / Supply Chain).
- Experience in warehouse or dispatch operations, preferably in FMCG/GMCG/E-commerce.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems / dispatch software.
- Robust attention to detail to ensure SKU and quantity accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
