Role Description:

We're looking for a Discord Moderator to keep our own and our clients' communities active, safe, and engaged.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bangalore. You'll manage day-to-day activity across our/client Discord servers: welcoming members, answering questions, keeping conversations going, and keeping scammers, spam, and bad actors out. You'll work closely with the team to turn a busy server into a healthy, high-signal community.

Key Responsibilities

- Moderate Discord servers day to day: enforce the rules, remove spam and scams, and handle bad actors quickly.
- Welcome new members, answer questions, and keep conversations active and on-topic.
- Run community activities like AMAs, events, and engagement pushes.
- Set up and manage Discord bots, roles, channels, and auto-moderation.
- Flag risks, sentiment shifts, and recurring questions to the team.




- Keep the server organized and aligned with each brand's voice and goals.

Requirements

- 1-2 years moderating or managing Discord communities
- Familiar with Discord bots and setup (MEE6, Carl-bot, roles/permissions).
- Sharp eye for scams, spam, and impersonation, with fast, level-headed judgment.
- Strong written communication and a friendly, community-first tone.
- Comfortable with flexible hours when launches or incidents need coverage.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable using AI tools.
