You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations.
The Director of Human Resources is responsible to ensure the smooth and productive running of the Human Resources Division.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of HR, or HR Manager in larger operation.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
