The ideal candidate will be a visionary academician with strong leadership capabilities, substantial experience in management education, and a proven record of driving academic excellence, industry engagement, research, placements, and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic and academic leadership to the MBA programme
- Strengthen curriculum delivery, teaching quality, and outcome-based education
- Promote research, publications, consultancy, innovation, and entrepreneurship
- Build strong relationships with industry, corporate leaders, alumni, and academic institutions
- Enhance internships, placements, live projects, and industry-oriented learning
- Lead student admissions, engagement, mentoring, and overall development initiatives
- Guide, motivate, and evaluate faculty while promoting continuous professional development
- Ensure compliance with applicable university and regulatory requirements
- Support accreditation, ranking, documentation, and quality-assurance processes
- Organise conferences, seminars, workshops,



guest lectures, and corporate interactions
- Develop new academic initiatives aligned with emerging industry requirements
- Represent the institution at academic, corporate, and skilled forums

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Ph.D. in Management with 15 years of experience
- Master’s degree in Management with a strong academic record
- Significant teaching, research, and academic-administration experience in a reputed institution
- Prior experience as Director, Dean, Head of Department, or in a comparable academic leadership position
- Strong record of research publications and academic contributions
- Sound understanding of accreditation, ranking, and regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated success in industry collaboration, student development, admissions, and placements
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
