Job Title: Global Process Owner – Stress Testing

We are hiring a Global Process Owner – Stress Testing to lead the enterprise-wide stress testing framework for a leading global banking organization.

The role will be responsible for driving strategy, governance, transformation, and operational excellence across stress testing activities, ensuring regulatory readiness and strengthening decision-making capabilities across Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end global stress testing process, including regulatory and internal stress testing activities.

Drive process standardization, governance, controls, and operating model transformation.

Lead technology, data, and automation initiatives to enhance stress testing capabilities.

Partner with senior stakeholders including CFO, CRO, ALCO, regulators, and business leaders.





Ensure alignment with ICAAP, Recovery Planning, Capital Management, Liquidity Stress Testing, and IFRS9 processes.

Lead and develop large global teams while building a high-performance culture.

Key Requirements

Extensive experience in stress testing, risk management, regulatory frameworks, and financial services.

Solid knowledge of regulatory engagement, governance, controls, and transformation programs.

Proven experience managing large, cross-functional and global teams.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and regulators.

Professional qualification in Accountancy, CFA, or related discipline preferred.
