Role: Cybersecurity Delivery Leader - 18+ years of experience in a global IT environment with experience in managing large accounts/projects managed services in Cybersecurity Services, Cyber tools Implementations, MSSP & Shared Services.

- Understanding Cyber - Good understanding of Cybersecurity tool OEMs and their implementation and Managed Services deliverables.
- Effort estimations, services scope sizing and effort pricing - Good hands-on experience in sizing and pricing the efforts for a Large Services Implementation or Managed services construct.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and drive successful outcomes - Strong client service orientation, a solid reputation and credibility with key clients in your space for delivering client value and impact.
- Ability to influence and manage stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority within cross-functional teams on creative solutioning.
- Problem solving approach - Hands-on approach to solving problems and interest in working closely with clients and Happiest Minds teams.
- Valuable education credentials - Any technical graduate with good academic performance, Project Management, Technical Certifications in the Infrastructure and Cybersecurity domains is a plus.
