Role Description The Direct Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, focused on promoting Infinity Learn’s education solutions to prospective learners and families.

Responsibilities include engaging with leads through in-person meetings and calls, explaining product features and benefits, and guiding prospects through the enrollment process. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records of interactions and conversions, and providing timely follow-ups to ensure a positive customer experience.

Associate will also collaborate with internal teams to share market feedback, participate in local campaigns or events, and uphold Infinity Learn’s mission of impacting every learner’s life.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including lead conversion, consultative selling, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Customer relationship management skills, with experience in handling inquiries, building trust, and ensuring learner satisfaction.
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools and CRM or sales tracking systems to manage leads and maintain accurate records.
- Prior experience in direct sales, educational services, or EdTech is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, with flexibility to meet potential customers during peak hours or weekends as needed.
- Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced, learner-focused environment.
