We are looking for a detail-oriented Digitization Associate to support manufacturing operations by converting production, quality, laboratory, and machine records into accurate digital formats. The role involves working closely with plant teams to ensure data is validated, standardized, and maintained with high accuracy for business reporting and analytics.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing operations, plant MIS, production, quality, or production planning who are comfortable working with plant data and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digitize production, quality, laboratory, and machine records using standard templates.
- Accurately enter and validate data from manual records into digital systems.
- Verify data accuracy and identify inconsistencies or missing information.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and plant teams to collect and validate records.
- Maintain documentation related to production, quality, inventory, and manufacturing activities.
- Ensure data is clean, standardized, and analysis-ready.
- Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Follow standard operating procedures while maintaining data confidentiality and accuracy.
