Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end fundraising transactions independently.

2. Source high-quality investment banking mandates.

3. Build relationships with domestic and global PE/VC investors.

4. Execute fundraising processes through successful deal closures.

5. Manage analyst and associate teams for execution excellence.

6. Own business P&L; and revenue performance.

7. Expand strategic investor and founder networks.

Skills:

1. Led and closed at least 3 fundraising deals exceeding $7M (preferred).

2. Proven experience independently sourcing investment banking transactions.

3. Robust network with domestic and global PE/VC Funds and Family Offices.

4. Experience leading teams of Analysts or Associates.
