We are seeking a versatile Digital Media & Systems Executive to manage our school’s social media presence, digital branding, and daily computer/ERP system operations. This role bridges creative content management with essential technical and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media & Content Creation:

- Design promotional graphics, banners, and video clips for campus events, achievements, and announcements.

- Manage school social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).

- Write engaging posts and ensure timely updates on official communication channels.

- Systems & Administrative Support:

- Manage and update the School ERP system, student databases, and digital records.

- Maintain and update the school website with notices, event galleries, and circulars.





- Troubleshoot minor computer/system issues and coordinate IT support as needed.

- Assist admin teams with data entry, report generation, and digital circular distribution.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Visual Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

- Hands-on experience with social media management platforms and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).

- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and web content management.

- Solid written communication skills and attention to detail.

- Prior experience in a school or educational institution is a plus.
