Lead PMO governance across Data & AI, Technology and Cybersecurity. Act as the delivery partner to Digital leadership, providing programme planning, portfolio visibility, RAID management, financial tracking, vendor oversight and executive reporting. Ensure dependencies are managed across digital workstreams while embedding cybersecurity and change adoption into delivery. This is a senior PMO role, not a technical engineering position.
Goals and deliverables
Mandatory
- Senior PMO experience on large digital/technology transformation programmes (5-8 years of experience)
- Programme governance, planning, RAID, budgeting and reporting
- Vendor/System Integrator management
- Executive stakeholder management
- MS Project (or equivalent), Excel and portfolio reporting tools
- Qualified fluency in English
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Nice to Have
- Data & AI, Cloud or Cybersecurity programme exposure
- Enterprise carve-out/separation programmes
- Pharma/Consumer Healthcare/regulated industry
- PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent
