About the Role

This is not a traditional operations role.

As the Digital Operations Lead, you will own the fulfillment engine behind every influencer campaign. Your primary responsibility is ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, at scale, and with exceptional quality.

You'll design scalable systems, improve operational efficiency, manage campaign fulfillment, build high-performing teams, and work closely with Sales, Product, and Creator Operations to ensure seamless execution.

What You'll OwnCampaign Fulfillment & Execution

- Own end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns from kickoff to completion.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time while meeting quality and performance standards.
- Build scalable workflows that enable efficient campaign fulfillment across hundreds or thousands of creators.
- Drive operational excellence across every stage of campaign delivery.

Demand Planning
- Partner with the Sales team to forecast campaign demand and operational capacity.
- Build execution plans that balance creator availability, timelines, and delivery requirements.
- Ensure operational readiness for high-volume campaign launches.

Process Design & Automation
- Design, document,



and continuously improve SOPs across campaign operations.
- Build scalable playbooks for creator onboarding, campaign execution, quality assurance, and fulfillment.
- Identify repetitive workflows and collaborate with Product to automate operational processes wherever possible.

Operational Excellence
- Continuously monitor campaign execution to identify bottlenecks before they become problems.
- Build systems that improve turnaround times, quality, and team productivity.
- Create operational frameworks that scale without increasing complexity.

Metrics & Performance
- Define operational KPIs and build dashboards to monitor execution health.
- Track metrics such as turnaround time, campaign completion rate, creator responsiveness, SLA adherence, quality scores, and fulfillment efficiency.
- Use data to identify improvement opportunities and drive better decision-making.

Cross-functional Leadership
- Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Creator Operations.
- Ensure alignment across teams throughout campaign execution.
- Surface operational insights that improve both product and business outcomes.

Team Leadership
- Hire, onboard, mentor, and manage Operations Executives.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, speed, and continuous improvement.
- Establish clear performance standards and operational discipline.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience managing and scaling operations in high-growth digital businesses.
- Experience with two-sided marketplaces, service platforms, logistics, fulfillment, or operations-heavy businesses such as Urban Company,



Rapido, Uber, Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Meesho, or similar organizations is highly preferred.
- Strong experience building operational processes and scaling execution teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
- Experience defining KPIs, creating dashboards, and using metrics to improve performance.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
