About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver high-quality training in digital marketing concepts and tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on industry experience and the ability to simplify complex topics into practical, engaging learning experiences. The trainer will prepare students for careers in digital marketing through classroom instruction, live projects, case studies, and industry-relevant assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led classroom and online training sessions on Digital Marketing.
- Teach SEO, SEM (Google Ads), Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Mobile Marketing.
- Train students on Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Marketing, and other leading digital marketing platforms.
- Demonstrate the use of AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, and other productivity tools.
- Conduct practical sessions, workshops, and live projects using real-world business scenarios.
- Guide students in creating digital marketing strategies, campaigns, SEO audits, content calendars, and performance reports.
- Evaluate assignments, projects, and assessments while providing constructive feedback.
- Mentor students in portfolio development, resume building, certifications, and interview preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, search engine updates, AI innovations, and emerging technologies.




- Maintain attendance records, training documentation, and student progress reports.

Required Skills
- Solid understanding of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of content marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, and marketing automation.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, CapCut, AI content creation tools, and social media management platforms.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or equivalent are preferred.
- Prior teaching, corporate training, or mentoring experience is an added advantage.
