Urgent Hiring for "Digital Marketing Trainer" for classroom training in Sector 34, Chandigarh.

Role: Full Time/Part Time

Note: Freshers dont apply. We need experienced Candidates with 2-3 years of Experience.

Requirements:

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, tools, and strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner
- Experience in developing training materials and delivering training sessions in a classroom or online environment
- Ability to assess learners' understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques and provide feedback and guidance accordingly
- Experience in using digital marketing tools and technologies, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management platforms
- Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a robust commitment to learners' success.

Job Responsibilities:

Developing and delivering training programs: You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques to trainees.

Creating training materials: You will develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, case studies, and other resources to support the training programs.





Conducting training sessions: You will conduct both online & offline training sessions for trainees, and ensure that trainees understand and implement digital marketing concepts effectively.

Evaluating trainee performance: You will evaluate trainee performance during training programs and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends: You will stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into training programs.

Collaborating with other trainers: You will work with other trainers to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that cover all aspects of digital marketing.

Providing support to trainees: You will provide ongoing support to trainees after the training program to ensure they continue to implement digital marketing concepts effectively.

Reporting on training programs: You will report on the effectiveness of training programs, including trainee feedback, training outcomes, and other metrics, to help improve future training programs.
