About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI & Digital Transformation Manager to lead the organization's AI adoption and digital transformation journey. This role will identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, automation, and digital technologies across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.

The ideal candidate will bridge business operations and technology, enabling teams to improve productivity, reduce manual effort, optimize decision-making, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company's AI and Digital Transformation roadmap.
- Identify AI use cases across all business functions and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Drive adoption of Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and other enterprise AI platforms.
- Automate repetitive workflows using Power Automate, RPA,



and low-code/no-code solutions.
- Collaborate with department heads to redesign business processes using AI and automation.
- Lead AI pilot projects and scale successful implementations across the organization.
- Integrate AI solutions with ERP systems (SAP Business ByDesign/SAP S/4HANA or equivalent).
- Build dashboards and KPIs to measure AI adoption, productivity improvements, and ROI.
- Conduct AI awareness sessions, user training, and change management programs.
- Ensure AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend creative business applications.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant certifications in AI, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, or Automation are preferred.

Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in Digital Transformation, AI Implementation, Business Excellence, Process Improvement, or Automation.
- Experience in manufacturing industries such as Plastics, Automotive, Engineering, FMCG, or Industrial Manufacturing.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.




- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Procurement, HR, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain.
