We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our company’s digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who can independently handle LinkedIn, content creation, employer branding, SEO, website content, email marketing, and digital campaign support while working closely with leadership and internal teams. What You’ll Do

Manage the company’s LinkedIn page and other relevant social media channels.

Create and maintain monthly content calendars and publishing schedules.

Develop engaging posts, hiring campaigns, banners, flyers, presentations, and other marketing creatives.

Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Create and edit basic videos, reels, and promotional content.

Manage website content and support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities.

Assist with email marketing, digital campaigns, and paid promotions as needed.

Track engagement, website traffic, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform insights.

Research competitors, industry trends, and new marketing opportunities.

Conduct targeted market outreach through LinkedIn, email,



and other digital channels to connect with prospective clients, partners, and relevant industry contacts, and support lead-generation initiatives.

Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual standards across digital channels. What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

1–2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Canva, social media management, and content creation.

Working knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.

Basic video editing skills are a plus.

Experience in staffing, recruiting, consulting, professional services, or B2B marketing is preferred.

Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Must be comfortable working full-time during US Eastern Time (EST/EDT) hours.
