Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a mandatory Hospital and IVF/Fertility background to drive digital marketing strategies and generate quality patient leads.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for hospital and IVF services.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, website, and email marketing.
- Generate, monitor, and optimize patient leads and improve conversion rates.
- Plan and manage online branding, awareness, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, and business development teams for campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets and work with creative agencies/vendors.




- Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising guidelines.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of digital marketing experience with mandatory Hospital and IVF/Fertility industry experience.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Experience in healthcare branding and patient acquisition.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
