We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online branding and customer acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for growing all our social media channels (including YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook), running paid advertisements, managing influencer marketing, planning and executing photoshoots/videoshoots for completed home interior projects, and managing external marketing agencies to drive premium lead generation.
R e q u i r e m e n t s
- Proven track record (3+ years) in digital marketing, paid ads (Meta, Google Ads), and lead sourcing.
- Strong hands-on experience in social media management, video content strategies, and YouTube optimization.
- Familiarity with coordinating architectural/interior photography, videography, and project walkthroughs.
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing external creative and performance marketing agencies.
R e s p o n s i b i l i t i e s
- Manage and optimize all social media accounts, including running our YouTube channel showcase.
- Plan and launch conversion-focused social advertising campaigns to acquire premium interior design leads.
- Organize and manage shoots for completed projects, producing high-impact walkthrough videos and design photos.
- Develop and coordinate influencer marketing initiatives and collaborative brand promotions.
- Interface with marketing agencies to track budgets, monitor performance metrics, and ensure on-time delivery of assets.
